Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required for appointments booked at peak times. The deposit amount will be dependent on the treatment duration. This deposit is required to secure your appointment to avoid no shows & late cancellations.

An email confirmation is sent out at time of booking, followed by a text & email reminder 24 hours before your treatment; to help avoid missed appointments.

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us no later than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another client., and avoid wasted appointments.

Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged before the minimum 6 hours notice period.

The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your treatment.

No shows or cancellations/reschedules with less than 6 hours prior notice will forfeit their deposit.

A 100% deposit may be required if an individual has no showed or cancelled last minute, on previous occassions.
